sun visor lights wont work

I can't get either of my sun visors vanity lights to work. I even bought a new passenger side visor because the flip-up cover for the mirror was broken. the original visor lights didnt work and I put in the new one and connected the wire and the new lights dont work either.

I looked for a visor fuse but I could not find one. have any ideas why they wont work? passenger and driver side don't work
