I don't mind some gap if it means less money out of pocket. From what I understand anything over 2" requires more money, parts, and work.

na i think 245 is too big. since u want only a 1.5 drop i suggest h&r sport springs and tokico blues. both brand new should run u close to ur budget.

+2 I ran blues before I got my ksports and loved the ride.

I had tein stechs though.

What if I don't lower it at all and just run the koni streets with stock springs? From what I read it will be pretty much a stock ride though, but will I be chancing hitting the fender? Could I just throw on some sways to keep the body out of the tire?

with stock ur tire wont hit the fender at all unless ur riding on some fcked up shocks and it cant control the rebound of the car. u want less finger gap but also at the same time u dont want ur tires to hit the fender right? all i have to say is dont worry about it hitting the fender cuz it most likely will never hit it at ur height.

Correct, well at least I know I can run the tires for now until I find some 225's. Once I find some I'll start to work on suspension. What are your thoughts on the Eibach 4.4140.780 Sport-System? I found a set new on ebay with best offer. I shot him a low ball to see what happens.

you should be able to find out a lot of stuff from there. lot of good information on this board to. those ones i gave there just combine a lot of info in one area. if you're trying to stay between 400-450 then changing part of you suspension setup is probably going to be you best bet

First of all, the information on AccordTuner generally sucks. The site is so far behind it's not even funny. While they are in-depth threads, the information on the choices is old. Both threads are from 2005...

u might as well get the sport system plus package that includes the sway bars

if you lower the car and it looks like your tires are going to hit the lip of the fender the utilize negative camber, doing so will let you go lower while ensuring that the tires and wheels stay inside the fender... and honestly, a 2in drop isn't going to put you in any real danger

I didnt think I could utilize neg camber having a 245/40-18 tire on the car. I just dont think it would tuck.
