suspension torque specs?

2000 honda accord ex 3.0

i was wondering if there was a torque listed anywhere for all the suspension components?

i am planning on doing my upper control arms on my car and have struggled finding consistant values

some have said 30 ft/lbs on the anchor bolts whiles others show 47 ft/lbs
with the castle nut being 32 ft/lbs

any thoughts?

Tighten the retaining bolts to 23 lb/ft
Castle nut 29 lb/ft then up to 35 lb/ft to align the castle nut
