That stuff is good it whats I use...and I didn't do anything to mine afterwards except for let it dry it looked good for the 6 months that I had it on there...not sure how it looks now cause the car got scraped....****ing deer but I imagine it still looks good.

cool thanks, do you happen to have any pics of your taillights when you did it? and to go off topic just really quick how long was it before your type r lip cracked?

Nope sorry, it was on a 5th gen anyways so it wouldn't have helped much. Took like 5 months till I cracked the lip....that was strictly my fault to I was pissed off and didn't think about what I was doing at all...

Nope, dont buy that stuff. I did it twice and I know how to paint. It left a rough finish to it. I'm gonna try that Pactra stuff.

Hey I used that stuff to smoke my rear lights and I think its pretty good. I had to sand it with 2000 grit sand paper after the first few coats. I did about 5 coats of it on mine since I wanted it dark. I used Zaino stuff to make it smooth after it was all done and dried which made it shine.

Hmm.. i think im gonna go with pactra then. Ive heard the best results from it. thanks though guys. I'm gonna pick some up this weekend~

yeah but I wouldn't advise it. They also have tint film/vinyl for your headlights on ebay
