mike this target meet was for all honda cars that some how was started by someone somewhere anyways it doesnt have a time its just fridays in the summer at night when i went i would go like 9 or 10 pm or after .....best bet is to know someone who lives nearby to confirm that its happening that way you dont drive from yonkers for no reason...i use to text some of the guys to let them know if it was going down since i lived nearby...
