Tein SS ride height adjust?

Anyone know how to adjust the ride height on tein SS coilovers? If you decompress the spring will it lower the ride height and if you compress the spring will it raise the car?

unless ive been doing it wrong, op is right, SS arent full body coilovers so there's only the 2 adjusters, way different than the ones in that youtube video.

Bring the collars down to lower the car and bring them up to raise the car.
