woah how do you get 24-26 mpg on your v6 in the city? i only i get around 20mpg but i have an exhaust and sri but idk if that affects anything

In the city, I usually stay below 3k when it's shifts. And just don't floor it. I'll occasionally hit VTEC, but not that often.

oh maybe i drive a bit too hard. but i rarely ever floor it or hit vtec :/ does exhaust and intake lower mpg? or bad suspension? because im currently riding on blown shocks

I don't think the intake or exhaust would do that much, but I might be wrong. Blown shocks, maybe, but doubtful. I don't know to be honest. I'm surprised at the mileage mine gets. I've gone above what the manufacturer says in mileage before as well. And I've got 194k. Basically I baby it because of the transmission

AFAIK, a CAI and even an SRI are *supposed* to help some. From what I understand, they can net you anywhere from 1MPG to 4MPG. However, most people like the sound of the SRI / CAI and go WOT more often as a result of liking the sound and this ends up negating the MPG increase entirely.

Yeah I really don't know either. I shift at around 3k also and rarely go full throttle. Im at 227k and did a tune up (spark plug cap rotor, switchrd to synthetic oil, idk what else to change). Gas milage is **** for mine and I dont know why :/ even tried seafoam too

Could be something as simple as low tire pressure. You want your tires to be at 32psi (cold); any lower than that and your MPGs will suffer. Also replace your air filter, check the EGR port and make sure it's not plugged up and check the EGR valve as well. Clean out your throttle body as well if that's gummed up with junk. Doing a seafoam treatment alone won't help if the carbon buildup is too thick for the seafoam to properly break it up / apart. You would need to actually get in there and do it yourself. The last thing I can think of is to simply replace your spark plugs with Denso or NGK Iridium plugs if you haven't done that in a good while.

I'll give all 3 of those a try. 1 of my tires is missing the little valve cover as well and NGK spark plugs we replaced few months ago along with the wire, cap, and rotor. I cleaned my AEM air intake filter when I painted it black so that should be good. Is there any DIY instructions/videos on how to take the throttle body out? Or can I just clean it with some Gumout spray without taking it off?
