The burgers and hot dogs won't be free, either. So we could also attach some kinda price to the spiedies to cover cost. Not a big deal.

I'm thinking cost & food quantity of the spiedies+sub roll probably equals roughly 2 hot dogs?

typically if we make spiedies here at home, we use probably 4-6 spiedies per sandwich, and we use italian bread from felix, and ill usually put 2-3 sandwiches away. im not concerned with the bread though. i can get raw spiedies for 5.49 a pound here, idk what that equates to as far as spiedies per person can go though.

I dunno, but I think we are getting ahead of ourselves a little bit, lol.

I'm going to make a thread soon for people that might like to make food "donations". I would really like to keep it simple and do burgers/veggie burgers, dogs, chips and soda.

I want to keep costs down as much as possible because of the cost of the venue. So if some people were willing to donate a pack of dogs or whatever, that would really help.

why dont you change the donation rules, $10 per car for a max of 2 people. more than 2 people $5 each.

just an idea, because the way you set the rules i wouldn't have to pay even though i would just to help out.
