Might as well start investing in land in colorado, utah, nevada. I believe you can get a house with like 100 acres for like 40-60k. Sure it is alot of money, but when all those people from cali and surrounding states that have a high population of hispanic descendants, theres going to be an uproar for land around there, and your investment will be 10x worth that in the long run :-D
