Tokai vs. Rocknel Pressure Plate Bolts?

I'm about to buy my PP bolts, but honda carries two different kinds:

90034-689-000 twelve point (8mm) (tokai trw) $3.73 each


and


90034-P10-A01 twelve point (8mm) (rocknel fastner) $0.27 each


Whats the difference?

from what i've heard:

90034-689-000 twelve point (8mm) (tokai trw) are for B-series pressure plates

90034-P10-A01 twelve point (8mm) (rocknel fastner) are for D-series pressure plates

but yea you can use either on F-series pressure plates as well since they are all 12pt 8mm bolts ... i think tokai are oem honda of japan and rocknel fastner are oem honda of usa ... like for example some accords have denso radiators and some have valeo radiators

Yea, I also am assuming is just Honda Japan vs USA. So both work, but the USA is cheaper because its made here. I'm going with rocknel, they seem like a quality company (looked at site).
