thanks for the help. now whats some suggestions for the springs. i heard h&r is progressive and makes noise, does the neuspeed race springs make noise too?

Nope I've never heard of neuspeed making any kind of noise, My friend Peter has Tokico HP and Neuspeed spring for long and he has no noise as well. I don't any noice either.
