Same thing happened to me man, my left passenger tail got a little crack in it but it's definitely worth getting those amber pieces out!

Yeah it sycks.. I got 2 in my passenger light now.. i was thinking bout buying a new one but Idk.. its alright for now.. definitely looks better though Haha

Yeah, tails are a lot more fragile than the headlights. Gotta be extra careful when opening them up. Really easy mod though. Just be sure to change to clear amber bulbs and not reuse the stock ones. Otherwise, you'll get the white blinker :squintrun:.

Got the bulbs before I even did the mod:)

Do you get the hyper blinker effect with yours?

yes, it didn't come with a resister in the LED. but i don't care, i just like the fact that it's white and not yellow or orange or amber. front are white also which i know are illegal haha..reverse is white LED, everything is LED even my parking lights under the headlights. makes the car look a bit sharper in the front.

Just replace your flasher unit and it will eliminate the hyper blink. Much easier than resistors.
