my oil is dark and looks like it has never been changed... should i change it or leave it.... it doesnt shift hard, no noises....:driving:
what are ur opinions?:beer2:

Its kinda up in the air. I've had a failure with a customers 2002 honda civic that had dark fluid. I changed it with OEM Honda fluid and the tranny started to slip after that.

I could kinda give you a theory why this happens but I dont want to look foolish if im wrong.

did u feel any problems with the dark fluid.... i do have 120k

If I were you, I would do a drain and fill as soon as possible with Honda ATF-Z1. I'd probably do 2-3 of the drain and fills actually. Do the first one, drive for about 100 miles, then do another one.
