Trans mount & oil?

i got the car with an already rebuilt trans but the dude put it in in his buddys garage so i thought he used honda trans oil.....im noticing a little bit of hard shifting & noticed my side engine trans mount was done so hopefully that changes a few thing & my question is should i just drain & fill it with honda trans oil or drain 7 fill with honda trans oil & add a bottle of lucas stop slip i heard it was good

Try a couple d&r's with just honda fluid and see how it works out.

I think you might need to just take it into a shop and have them do a free diagnostic.
