why dont you just post pictures of a prius and an insight while youre at it? along with the other hybrids on the market. they put out less pollutants than that jetta. its obviously some kind of company car since no one would actually put that on their car.

Er... I don't understand this rant. It's very clear that the way the world works at the moment is killing our planet, why be angry at someone or something that is potentially giving your children and grandchildren a clean(er) environment to live in?

its for marketing...they mean that the car is real and not something in the works like the plugin GM car (volt).

when the new generation of jetta diesels were coming out over the summer, each dealership would get one of these on loan from vw so they would always have one for people to drive since the hype was huge (during the $4+/gal gas).

i got to drive one with 77 miles on it with the dsg trans pretty fun with all the torque...
