Hey man I had dynamat on mine and it looked terrible after a while. someone said it looked bad at a car show too so I had to do something about it. I had mine done at an audio store that did my custom trunk. I think it only took about hour in a half or so cost like 100.00. They should be able to do it anywhere at an audio place where you live just tell them the way you want it to look. Hope that helps.

Here is a pic of mine

Accordman-looks good but not quite oem. The first one looks great. That's one thing i hate about my trunk. I'd like to know too. I have thought about this but can't find a material that would be similar to what is on the side pannels. Carpet won't do it for me.

accordman, that looks good, considering it's not OEM, looks alot better than the stock lid or dynamat. Looks like you got your money's worth. Is that 'Audio' sign frenched in to the carpet or is it just stuck on?

Hey man Thanks I needed something to look better when the trunk was open to make it looks not as cheap with the dynamat. They used carpet same as they used around my custom trunk to match the color. The inside middle is shiny aluminum which was used around subs and amp. The center is just a black sticker that says the name of the audio place. I could have asked for it to look more custom but I wanted it to look clean like my trunk setup.

How did they mount the carpet to the lid, is it glued or did the screw it to the skeleton of the trunk lid?
