The right side the light goes from the bottom of the car and flows upward but on the left side it only flows at the end. What do i do?

for the headlights, grab a wrench and a 10mm socket and play with bolt on the back of the light.
i think left is down and right is up.
as for the foglights, just mess with them.
push them up and down until they are how you want them.
and make sure the bulb is screwed in correctly and all the way.

I adjusted those but do I and could I adjust them to the left? Fog lights are fine. Bulbs are screwed in correctly and all the way.

with my experience with glare kits, even when i re-aimed my headlights, you will never be satisfied with the output (to some extent it will always appear uneven, because the light simply spreads everywhere)

just get it to a level where its acceptable to you but it'll never be "perfect"
