Basically when this sort of situation like this happens, you just have to hope for the best and wait .
Going over to his house or whatever won't solve anything. He knows who he owes and what not, just give it some time. You can't force the dude to give you money(legally), chances are, he doesnt have it. You have to file a small claim against him if you really want to get some of your money back.
We need to have some sort of a system when dealing with large transactions of more than like $300. Maybe a few mods or something can act as a third party, maybe have the product shipped to their location first and inspected. Then once its comfirmed, the buyer can send the money. Sure its more shipping, and takes longer. But with bigger transactions, I think its worth it.
