Your turbo can flow for this engine to go to 8000rpms, but the head cant. If you look your making the same amount of torque at 7500 rpms and 4200 rpms. I know you have cams and are ported, but you should not have that huge drop off torque at ~5000 rpms. If you went down to a smaller turbine on your turbo, you could even out that steep climb in your torque to make the car more driveable.
