I guess the reason why I'm asking is because I have almost the exact same setup as you, Turbonetics BB turbo with 3" piping all the way down, but I'm actually thinking of swapping it for a smaller turbo since I am looking more towards circuit time rather than 1/4 mile. I'm also concerned about proper cooling for extended running (will have oil cooler), so I want to keep it conservative.

What kind of piping were you running at 6psi? Not the current 3.25"??

I had 2.25 all the way out with a high flow cat. I'm sure i have it somewhere just need to look for it..

Thanks for inspiring me. With your numbers in hand, I'm now confident I can hit 240whp on the stock block.
I'm going to put my turbo on now. Ha ha.
I've had my setup sitting in my basement for over a year now....

Turbonetics BB turbo, similar to the one you have, Tial 38mm WG, 3" exhaust from downpipe all the way back with Magnaflow hi-flow cat or test-pipe removable with v-band clamps, AEM UEGO wideband, log mani, RC injectors, AEM fuel rail. All tuned with AEM EMS. That's off the top of my head right now.
