theoretically, using the oem part shouldn't mess with alignment. we measured before and after (moved the car once the wheel was back on), and also measured the control arms themselves, and they were identical.
if you have a second jack or use a jack stand to support the car once its in the air (which you should at all times
), you can push up and down on the bottom of the hub to get the control arm bolts out past the spring and strut without removing that assembly.
