Hello everyone. I recently got a 4dr v6 EX auto. Both front brakes are grabbing and need new calipers. I have no idea what is good or bad. Are refurb okay to use? What should I get and from where? Autozone\Advance, Ebay? Amazon? Autopartswherehouse? Summit racing (Which is like 30 min. up the road). I really just want reliable brakes. I might upgrade later on down the line, but I need new rims before I worry about brakes. (stock 15 inch alloys are so corroded the one rim is leaking)

Rebuilt is fine. You can even rebuild them yourself. Nothing wrong with Duralast calipers from Autozone.

So the cheapies will do me just fine then? Also, I meant re-manufactured. If that makes a difference.

Just for reference, I bought reman'ed calipers from O'Reillys and both rears were leaking within a year. Of course it was still under warranty, but not something I want to change annually.

Wow, really? I'm surprised.

Honda even sells remaned calipers. Check http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/ .
They're relatively cheap considering its coming from Honda. I think I paid $80 vs $50 from Majestic to Autozone.

would these be okay? summitracing.com/parts/pwr-kc1244-26/overview/year/2002/make/honda/model/accord
I found out its actually the rears not grabbing at all thats causing the fronts to heat up and lock up. I need new rotors pads and calipers, so I figured a kit like this would save me some money and upgrade a tad. Otherwise I will probably just get plain brembos for 44 a pop and some hawk hps pads, or the brembo ceramics and the cheapest caliper I can find.
