Yeah I've heard of it. You do realize Python, Clifford are all Viper as well right. Python is the cheaper brand but same thing.

i have the 5901 and yea i know about the whole smart phone thing.... its kinda cool i guess. ... i wonder if you get better range using your phone (i didnt read much into it)

they said anywhere where your phone and car can have a 'signal' so i'm assuming it's good lol

Isn't there a monthly fee or something? I have that alarm, didn't get a chance to hook it up yet.

its $30 a month on top of the cost of the alarm. i have an older 5000 series viper alarm with the 2way pager remote starter and they came out with the smartstart app for my blackberry also, but i have like a mile range on my remote (without building interference) about 1/2 mile (with building interference). i never go that far from my car anyways so the $30/mo isnt really worth it to me

It looks nice but I hope that the remote is alot better then the Viper that I got. the 5710 I put a review of it on the site.
