Change your oil more often and go with full synthetic oil

Thank you everyone for helping me out i really appreciate it!! Its hard finding help now a days atleast when i come here i feel like a fam! Im new here so im learning while you guys teach me all i need to know about my ride.So thanks!!
Well..heres wat im going to do,Ill do one more oil change using a better oil and ill flush out the engine..then ill reset the CEL and see if it come back on
if it didnt work then ill i guess i have no choice but to get a new solenoid.Then from there will see what happens...by the way anywhere i can
order cheap honda parts that can ship to guam?? let me know thanks again everyone!!

Take the solenoid off, there is a little plunger looking thing springy doohickie. Make sure you can push it down and it springs back up. If it does not, spray some carb cleaner and push it down and up until it springs up free.

all it took was an oil change for me... my oil pan has a leak so that code comes on when im really really low on oil.
