Ok so how about this as the itinerary:
Saturday
9am-3pm : park meet and greet/pics
3pm-6pm : Memphis cruise and BBQ
After that we can do whatever we want. I'm gonna want to grab some drinks and hang out somewhere. So we can all decide on what we want to do afterwards whether all together or individually. I'm sure most people will just go to the meet and bounce.

We definitely need to cruise. Is Kyle going to be the only photgrapher or does anyone else have GoPro's or something?
Is anyone staying over night? I'd probably be down for grabbing some drinks and relaxing somewhere after the cruise/BBQ, but I don't see myself driving home that night.

Here's what we need to do... Get a hotel suite. Drinks and cards after it all. I am already planning to get me and bax a room 
but if we could all pitch in for a large suite and have like 6-10 of us stay there over night an cut cost..

yea man, my original plan was to stay at a hotel anyways.. no way im driving there saturday morning and coming home saturday night lol.. im leaving friday, coming back sunday. its going to be a "trip" for me.

I like that plan. Gives us ample time to do shoots and everything.
I do not own a GoPro at the moment, but I plan to get one before IA, so I should have one.
Also, am I the only under 21 person going here?

It's a 6 hour drive for me so staying overnight is a must. Depending on schedules, I'm either gonna head out Friday evening and get in late or I'm gonna have to get up and leave at the crack of dawn on Saturday. If I can, I'll leave Friday and then head home Sunday some time.
IDK if my gf will be coming or not. If not, I'd be down to split a room; suite or regular.
To be frankly honest, at this very moment, I'm trying not to make a lot of promises. I am currently unemployed and this being just over 6 months away, getting time off work will be difficult. I will do my best to give massive notice and make sure I can do it. Not having a set schedule is really hard to say "YES, for sure" but i'm not about to say no either, lol.
We're still in the planning stages so as it gets closer I'm sure things will be clearer and more definite.
