I understand all this is in the works still, just wondering though; Would Friday or Saturday be more ideal for most people to make the caravan?

For those of us coming from 10+ hours away, Friday makes more sense.
Saturday, people might be too tired from long drives to actually enjoy driving around Memphis.
A number of people are also heading back on Sunday, so it would be nice to make a bit of a weekend of the Event.

Perhaps one of you can update the OP with a list of Caravans, so we know who is coming from where.
We should also confirm meeting points with the OH Chapter and the KY Chapter, so we know where to meet up with everyone on the way down.

I can start scouting for a spot off of I-65 that would be convient for meeting up if no one around the ky. area has yet.

Awesome, Daniel, that would be great.
The sooner we can get stuff like that done, I think it will make things easier to coordinate as the time draws closer.
From looking at Google Maps, our trip takes up through/near Dayton/Cincinnati, OH, Louisville, KY and Nashville, TN. Hopefully, it should be fairly easy to jump off/on the hwy near those points to meet up with everyone.

Update on the hooptie: Rad is good, change thermostat and starter... All is working well. Got a new tire... Everything is good for driving around my city here but still need a water pump and timing belt and oil change before the trip. I am not sure if I'm going to be able to powder coat the wheels.. Will probably be able to re bedline... So all in all it's looking good that the bat mobile will be there.
