Derek, and everyone else.....NO. I am officially NOT going.

I didn't get any of my days off that I requested for this month except for Thanksgiving and that just happens to fall on my normal day off but i'm not gonna be surprised if they **** me over on that, too.

Mikey, sorry to hear you won't be able to make it down.

Works happens, and being a newer staff member, you don't always get the time off decisions in your favour.

And then there were 12. List updated. Bummer Mike, maybe next time. Damn jarbs!

Passenger side axle is replaced, driver side gets started on tomorrow. Cluster LED’s replaced also. Barely breaking 60 degrees here and raining on and off, so I can’t try out the blackout tape yet…needs to be +60 and dry for 48 hours.

It will be like the last supper(of the year) for the group of us.

Need to get some more of that tape for my rear passenger door, as well.

What type of weather are we to expect in Memphis this time of year?

I am also wondering about the weather. I really don’t want to have the Works on if it’s snowing and there’s salt on the roads. More importantly the tires on them are not all season. And the A-specs need new rubber and the stockies won’t fit anymore due to the BBK. So if there’s going to be decent snow accumulation…I guess there’s a chance I would not make it.

I wouldn’t think that would be happening this early on though, not to mention Memphis is further south.

It's not even breaking 50 here. I hope it's not too cold. The TL wheels are getting rubber tomorrow, but they will be summer tires as well. As long as the weather doesn't snow, I'm fine. By the way, checked, I-65 is having work done. Cincinnati caravan, are you taking I-71 down or I-65?

What part of I-65 is being worked on?

Originally I was thinking I-71 S to I-264 S (or East at that point) around down to I-65 S, then meeting the L-ville caravan somewhere along I-65 outside (south of) I-264. That would be the most efficient. But then if that river park is the best meeting place, I guess we’d be taking I-71 to I-64 W, then after we meet we’d all jump on I-65...

I have all seasons on now, so I am hoping the weather holds off enough that there is no snow.

It snowed a bit north of us here last night, which I am a bit concerned about, but the city is warmer, so, we should be ok.

Another thing, should we post the route that we are taking from OH down to Memphis, for anyone that decides at the last minute they are going to join?

As well as the agenda for the weekend in Memphis so people know where to find us?

I’ve tried to get an agenda going but it seems like people just want to wing it lol. We’ll see how that goes. I think it would be better if we had a few things planned ahead of time, then other times maybe we do whatever. Otherwise we might all get there and meet, then stand around for hours trying to decide and agree on what we all want to do and when.

I’ll post the planned route and rough caravan meeting times. But directions are subject to change depending on road conditions, construction, traffic, etc. And caravan meeting times will be as well since the times I will post now are just rough estimates at this point.

Since I'm not in the TX caravan, I won't be posting anything about that. If there is a time decided upon by the TX people I can post it if someone tells me.

EDIT: rough caravan meeting times posted, as well as planned route for caravans coming from the Northeast.

Agree, there needs to be a plan of some of the things happening on the Saturday, at the very least, since that is the full day we are there. I'm thinking Friday might be a good time to cruise downtown Memphis a bit, and of course, BBQ.
