This may be a noob question, but in the second part of episode 1 (about a minute and a half into it), they talk about a 3 number plate. What's the big deal about a 3 number plate?

ohh u mean the 3 number plate that only racer in wangan got them...but the devil z got the 3 number the black porche is used to be friend with....that why is such a big deal because the devil z is disapperent for a while now is revive with same name and same car same driver but different owner...
