Pull out your air return filters and see if anything is loose in there. Not hard to do at all.

Is it the faint clicking sound? If so it may be the fan if the frequency increases with fan speed. Or could be something in the ducts. Check around all the vents in the dash, footwells, under the front seats, etc.

The noise is only around in cool to cold weather. It doesnt do it when its warm for some reason

ive been having the same problem and only way i get it to stop is by turning the temp control from cold to hot.
