just realized how many places ill have to go with insurance, registration, etc if i get the paint done. I guess ill stick with ssm for now ill wait til this summer to really look into to it but thanks for all the color suggestions

^Care to elaborate on that? What are some of the complications of painting the car relative to insurance, registration, etc? Just curious.

if you repaint your car at least in my state you have to inform the insurance company, DMV of the color change so that way they wont think that you stole the plates

they being the cops. cause the license plate readers will show what car and color the plate belongs to. So if the reader is saying silver car and they see the car is blue they can pull you over thinking the plates were stolen/switched
