yeah good idea, if you get some nice brembos or RL brembos then id paint them copper, i painted my stock v6 calipers silver and i notice now they're never gonna be pretty calipers 
btw dont worry if you're using thermal or not on those calipers, i hit mine with basic silver paint a year ago and havent had any problems lol
