What do you use to buff our oxidized head lights?

I was trying with a buffing wheel but it didn't seem to work out so good

or plastic polish. but the real, correct way would be to wet sand it, then plastic polish.

rubbing compound, polishing compound, plastic x, scratch x, wax.

plastix high speed buffer with a polishing pad running at approx 3500 rpms works like a charm. But that is if it is not to bad the use wet sanding like sketch said and work your way thru the grits. they sell a kit at a auto parts store approximately 10-14 bucks depending on were you buy it and the brand.
