What is the big difference between J32 and J30

Simple version, J32 is way more advanced than the J30.

Yup just like the S54 motor in the E46 M3 it still keeps up with everything else out there

correct me if im wrong but i think i read somewhere also that the j32's have forged internals? nad hte j30's has like cast internals...some **** like that

kinda, its not forged for strength but weight savings, and pistons are cast.
