what motor to go on ? need speed :D

I need more speed on my accord
I have a f20b gulf-spac

what motor to go on to get more than 200hp
and sure with some other stuff like sri - headers..

I found a H23a on a sir accord = 1250$
and a H22 = 1100$

my goal is 250Hp
what should i do ??

lol his location is kuwait I don't think he has to worry about smog test there.
