What would happen if the Preload is increased on the FF Type 1 Coilovers?

Has anyone tried to increase the preload on the Function and Form Type One Coilovers? Stiffer? My car has zero clearance from the ground, and these coils are too soft.

People had issues with blowing out the struts when they adjusted. My friend just upgraded his springs to make it stiffer.

Your shocks not blown? If you adjust the preload, will void the warranty, if you don't care, I've seen it done, but no more than 5 mm (millimeters), I wouldn't go more or the shocks will definitely blow. Best way is ^ upgrading springs
