I would prefer a cheaper jack, but I need a low profile one, so, I guess that is the price to pay, literally and figuratively.

or...go to Rona and buy a 2Metre long, 5inch thick piece of wood. Ask them to give you one from the pile they're possibly considering throwing out and it'll be at a discount....they cut it for you how you want it and you can drive your car on it and jack it normally.

Cost: wood and cutting(free) = 5-10$ + cost of a normal jack.

i've been bottoming out everyday up and down my underground parking...time to raise :sad:

I've never seen a jack for $20, even on sale. Can't be very good, lol.
My current jack I use, i got for $45 on sale from $120 reg price. Came with 2x 2ton jack stands, and wheel chucks as well. Good things do come at a low price sometimes. Lasted me 1.5years till now.

^Yeah...but not $20. lol Yeah though, Sears and other places sometimes have pretty great sales on jacks, etc.
