I decided to be a deuche to the world today and race a guy in an STi on the highway. I was pulling on him yo, then I totaled my shit going about 120 mph. Duuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuude. Can't wait to get it fixed up so I can continue hunting for RWD cars with LS engines in them.

@RedRyder ..coming from the guy rolling stock wheels :jae:

Yeah but my [Acura] stock wheels are cool, and not of the Accord realm. :lawl:

Yeah Chris show us your new setup already lol. Oh and have you ordered your GC sleeves yet? Default rates or custom?

Wheels are on hold, until I can sell my RH's, which is killing me. Plus I bought a house, which is tying up some funds. Once we close June 1st, I'll know where the money is to swap my trunk, finish the wheels, and pick up the GC's. Those are my last 3 big projects with this car I think. At least until it's not my DD anymore.

Oh and I am getting default rates for the GC's, Steven. I think that will meet my needs based on what you've said. Not sure where to order them from yet though.

Cool! I'd rather buy a house then stuff for my car anyday Haha.

The people I bought from is a vendor at honda-tech, Dan@assaultech they had the cheapest price plus their thread had a coupon code to save 10% i believe.

^Yeah it was time to take the plunge. My apartment rent was in mortgage territory already and it was going up another $100 next year. Not to mention interest rates are stupid low and it’s a buyers market. So it made sense. I’m just glad I will FINALLY have a garage!

Okay, is that thread old or is the guy still in business? Was their communication with you good and all that? How much did he charge you for em? You can PM me if you want. Thanks for mentioning that, and everything else you mentioned about the GC’s, you really helped clear them up for me.

^I can’t find one, Tyler. The reason I want to swap the trunk isn’t important enough to spend too much to do it, so I either need to find a trunk for cheap that I can get repainted, or one that is in good enough shape that I can just put right on the car. Haven’t had much luck finding either yet. :(

I wish junkyards took better care of their ****. That's probably an oxymoron.
