Finished up the front brakes, new pads and rotors. I lub up all I could and it's nice. Three of the four rotor screws stripped out. My tools are at different households so I had to buy me this:

SpeedOut Damaged Screw Extractor & Bolt Extractor Set https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IRL3WP4/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_M4Hhub1G57VNS

And it was a rush/release to destroy those screws. "Oh, you don't wanna do nothing but stay there and strip (wait, are we talking bout the same thing?), you are suppose to screw, not strip!" I destroyed those three screws and was on my way. By the way, dude at auto parts told me those screws are for easy assembly at factory. There are also two threaded holes on OEM rotors for inserting screws to push out stuck rotors. My buds was actually across the street and was showing me non-Honda that didn't have rotor screws. The lug nuts from the rim hold the rotor in place.
Oh, another tool I recommend in Gator Grip. If you don't know then that is a no-no. Amazon it. Just get it. You will like it and these are not the droids you are looking for (iPhone 6 dropped today).

Test drive was nice. Hopefully lub helped with sticking bolts and such and I hope my milage will be better due to less drag in the brakes. Still wanna work on rears but just to lub.

Cleaned the throttle body and iacv. There is a clicking coming from the plug on the right w/the red and black wires. Anyone know what that is?

Prob just a bomb, al Qaeda or ISIS. If it is in fact an incendiary devices I would cut the red wire. But your best bet is have a pro look at it.

Issues like you ran into are reasons why I paid the dealer to do mine. He also said the hubs had a lot of rust build-up which explains why my steering wheel liked to vibrate at 60MPH+. It's smooth as silk now.

Found out dealership put in too many shims on my brakes which is why my brakes where glazed, which is a reason why my milage was low. Saved money doing it myself. Gonna check out the rears for same issue.

I don't know how shims caused glazed? Also, what/where glazed?

Also, it has screws for assembly line. Other types don't. You can forget about them. They do not retain the rotor in braking.

We do have space for two, though, they still do little.

Glad you can confirm the assembly line screws not being needed. Extra shims caused the brake to constantly press the brake pads on rotors. That extra 1mm or so makes a big difference plus the floating bolts weren't moving smoothly. Gonna do an extra lub and while I am in there I am gonna replace the bolt boots (forgot what they are called).
