About to blackhouse the new eBay headlights, and had a quick question. I know people have had problems with HIDs melting the housings, will the same happen if I put them in the oven at 200* to break open the lights? Hopefully somebody who has blackhoused eBay lights will chime in. Thanks guys!

no you'll be fine baking them in the oven. I did like 225 or whatever the morimoto DIY said to do and mine were fine.
but they DID melt a few weeks after I had my retro completed. I had the preblackhoused ones though.

Washed, clay bar, and waxed my car today. Never tried the clay kit before and I am very pleased with the results. The roof was by far the dirtiest took extra time with the clay but it is as smooth as glass now.
