i think it was just some asshole kids ****ing with my car. a few miles away in a nice neighborhood there was a string of thefts from cars. broken windows and the like. i know at least 4 people that had ipods/wallets stolen. i still keep my ipod and wallet in my car though, that way i dont lose/misplace them

Yea I gotta be honest with you here, that sounds like a really terrible idea.

Research twice, buy once.

We've all made the mistake, so we try to make sure anyone after us doesn't do the same.

@Tyler, it's your "steelie" determination that got this done. Good on ya!

^ lmk if you have trouble lining everything up right. as I said before mine tried to get difficult with me, I had to put the firewall nuts on first then the strut towers.

I never made that mistake. :p Thanks to this forum though! lol I actually listen to advice people give me.
Like you said, research twice buy once. Or procrastinate on purchasing anything for so long you change your mind 7 times. I do that nonstop. haha

Just got my TL/CL strut bar. Gonna install it right now.

Aren't the threaded parts of the ends that attach to the firewall welded on? Do you have to take off part of the wiper guard or something? I haven't looked closely at mine.

Yeah, there's these plastic squares you take off to get to the 2 holes in the firewall or whatever you call that area right there at the top. It's 2 tabs on the engine bay side of it, and it pulls up. It has the same nuts as on the other end at the strut tower. I can't remember if I needed an extension to get to them, I don't think so but if I did it was just a little 2 or 3 inch one at the most.
