hmmm i think ill have to take up on that size

wider yet still a 50 profile.

the tire is the Hankook Ventus II............pretty good imo, BUT they are afterall, my first set of "good" tires....as in, unstock and stickified, haha. i have em from last july till november, then from right now, march, till this november, and i know theyll last. sh!t, i may even need to buy new ones in a year or so cuz these just might be too old, haha.

funny thing this came up. i went to a s2k meet last thrusday with my friend, and there was a white s2k there that had 17x9 enkais on and the tire was 255/40/17 and DAMN those are so bad ***. he pulled the rear fender and rolled it and running on inner liner cuz the tire would rub bad, and he said if he doesn't run camber it won't beable to drive at all. the fronts are the same and man that s2k looked hella mean. at first when i looked i thought the s2k had splash grauds on the front but when i looked closer it was all tire. if you roll the fenders try to slap on some 235/40 or 245/40 thats after you roll the fenders though.

They might rub. I have a little rubbing with mine, but only on the rear tires, and even then it's mostly on the driver side rear tire. It rubs when I go over large bumps or dips in the road, but other than that it's just fine.
