What's an inexpensive OBD2 scanner for this car that can clear srs/abs codes?

But wondering if theres anything else thats cheaper maybe around 100CAD price range. It's gotta be able to clear srs/abs as well.

You dont need an OBD2 to reset your srs code. You can do it by yourself manually with simply any 2 wires:
