Whats the difference between 98-00 clocksprings as opposed to 01-02 clocksprings?

Well I recently broke my clock spring and its pissing me off that the price difference is over 25$ on ebay from 98-00 clock springs to 01-02 clock springs. Are they interchangeable? I need to know soon, not having a horn or a working airbag is no bueno....

i dont know what a clock spring is but i think i've read that the 01-02 airbags are 2 stage instead of one. i'm not positive tho
