i filled up my car last night after work.....:redface2:

yeah yesterday morning i drove about 45-50 mi with gas light on....i dont know what i was thinking....LOL

You know you had .348 gallons left til you were running on fumes right? wow cuttin it close there haha EPIC gas receipt right there

I city drive with my V6 autotragic and get around 18-22mpg. I always fill up when I have about 14 or 15 gallons gone. I do gas mileage checks every week.

so there's no guaranteed fixes?? like runc16 or some high octane fuel like 106 or something like that... shouldnt high octane mix clean up better than store bought fuel sys cleaners?

500 miles with an auto? Thats insane, the best i've gotten with 100% HWY was 374 miles with my old plugs and wires. I gotten 350 miles with 80% HWY/20% City with my new plugs and wires.

Yup, open road and cruise control all the way set on 75mph. If i was at posted speed limit (65mph) i'd probably get more. Whenever im cruising i just make sure the RPMs stay under 3k :darryl:

I get about 400 to a tank city/highway mixed driving using 14 gallons because that's how much gas I can pump into the tank when the gas light goes on. About 450 a tank on mostly highway. Live in St. Paul, MN and went to Duluth and back, plus a little more...not bad for a 1998 Accord LX 2.3 liter M/T...don't know if the aftermarket generic spark plug wires and intake make any difference...

I just bought my '02 coupe SE (4 banger Auto) about a month ago, and since buying it I have replaced the stock air filter with a K & N filter, put in NGK Iridium plugs, and I can get about 320 miles out of a tank, any ideas on how to improve mileage? (I drive mostly around town and just ran a can of seafoam through and it didnt help):eusa_doh:

so i checked my grounds and postive going to box on pass side from battery terminal and all wires are heavily corroded inside the installation all the way through...im replacing all(and adding additional grounds) by the weekend and hopefully make a step towards improving mileage
