Where is the best place to mount the ballast for hid kits? Where did you all mount them.. I have a v6 so it might be a little different from a 4cyl.

i helped a friend mount his (he has a v6 and mine was a 4 so it was alot more crowded in there..) one on the battery box thingy, drilled through it, and the other near the headlight zip tied... not very stable on that one..but u probably noticed.. there isn't much of a choice for a v6 lol i'll try to get a pic for u some times

Took out my airbox on the driver side and sanded down the ribs on the side, roughed it up and attached the ballast with industrial strength outdoor Velcro to make it easy to remove them when I feel like it. Passenger side it's on the side of the block thing with a bunch of hardlines coming out of it, again with industrial strength outdoor Velcro.

if i remember right ryon had his mounted under his bumper cover to the actual metal brace under his headlight
