Out of all those get the sri. Id get an ebay one and a k&n filter. They are all the same thing. Just and aluminum pipe. When I put headers on I felt no deference at all. The only thing that kept me from thinking it was a waste of money is that they looked better.

When I started the N/A on my Accord.... I did cat back magnaflow setup.... then got the cai, and then the header. The header made the car seem... more... "light on it's feet" if that makes any sense.... Then got the Fidanza LW flywheel... so on and so forth....

get an intake, for sound, and a header, for looks.

Odd you mention suspension... I wen through 3 suspensions before I got the one I run now... suspension is not to be done cheaply at all...

You will get engine response from i/h/e. I also did a head shave, port match, valve job, and Im polishing, and bigger throttle.

I did get much better mpg out of the car though.
