Oh electronic gurus, of which i'm not worthy:omgbd::omgbd::omgbd:
I installed some of those gauges with the leds built in. Whenever I turn on the inverter that came with them I get this small whine in the speakers. Is there any idea on how to get rid of it. Depending where I run the wire it gets worse or better. I was looking for a wrap or something to cover the wire and inverter in?

agreed. for me, i ran a wire directly from my battery (negative) through the firewall and into my headunit. but in your case, you could run it into your gauges. other than that, where did you run the gauge to? run it into the cigerette lighter instead of the headunit harness.

It is run to the cigarette lighter. I think I might have put the power line too close to the speaker line. IDK, i'll have to tear it out and see.
Oh, could running the ground next to the speaker wire do it too?
