To the best of my knowledge you can't fix it. Its just the shape of the filter and the increased airflow that makes the sound. But changing your throttle position slightly when you hear the sound will make it stop.
i put back my stock airbox, but just the top part and not that huge bottom part, and i sorta can still hear it....buts its only if im listening very closely....lol
