why does a lot of honda seats rock back and forth?

well today i was tired of the rocking drivers chair went to go look at it and discovered the welded bracket to the seat and snapped in half looked online found this was a huge problem and honda america took care of some of the cars and replaced the bracket for free i called up and for a whole new bracket it cost 1500 bucks front honda with power seats.so i said screw that i got jb weld took the seat apart and jb welded it back together waiting to see results now.anyone else have this rocking seat problem.if you lean back it will be on the left front will lift an rock backand there had been accidents due to the bad weld because the seat would snap back in the back seat an people would loose control of there car

i'd really recommend getting someone to weld it. epoxy won't save your life

i know its a temp fix till i can get a welder i might have to buy an whole seat bracket because that piece that i need comes with the whole bracket cant buy separate
