Will a factor wheel fit in the spare location?

I know this sounds like a dumb question, but does anybody know off-hand if a factory 15" 4-cylinder wheel/tire will fit in the spare tire location underneath the trunk? I'm about to make a 1200 mile roadtrip and I'd like to have a fullsize spare with me just in case. I'd go try myself with one of my wheels but I've got all my stereo stuff on top of it, and I thought I'd take the lazy route and see if anybody knew off-hand before I go tearing my stereo out to check.

The "well" is big enough but I don't think you'll be able to bolt it down.

Yeah it'll fit its just your spare wheel cover will be raise and it looks like ish...imo dont do it.

So it would fit in the hole, but the cover wouldn't sit back down over it?
